Q: How do I get to AutoPunch (QUANTUM Futura…)
A: Open Futura… software. Go to create and click on AutoPunch on the drop down menu.
Q: How do I save a design that I have digitized.
A: Go to file, save as, choose the area where you want to save the design (My documents). Name the document and then save.
Q: I have the Futura… software open, but I have no toolbar.
A: Uninstall the Futura… software and then re-install.
Q: The lights are flashing on my machine and it will not sew.
A: Most probably a threading issue. Turn off machine and be sure top transparent threading path is threaded correctly. Turn machine back on.
Q: When working with embroidery unit, the computer screen says the thread is broken and the machine stops sewing. I checked the thread but it is not broken.
A: Thread path under transparent cover at top of machine is not threaded correctly or you need to cover your spool of thread with small net that was supplied with accessories.
